transition from breast to bottle (7 months) Minimize

Well, there are some babies that may never take the bottle.... My son was one of them. Not what you wanted to hear I know... The good news is... that you can use a sippy cup or a straw up instead... you can drink from the sippy to show her and she can mimic you too... you can put some juice in there a little at a time and let her play until she knows theres good stuff in there :)

mixing the breastmilk and formula works as well in getting the transition to go easier  so that's a good idea... you ca keep trying with a bottle and see what she does but some breastfed babies just don't ever want a bottle.... its better for her to go to a sippy or straw anyway for developmental reasons.  wean a little from the breast at a time so that you don't shock her too much and she associate a bottle with not getting mommy.. we want it to be easy for her :)
